10.2. What does the Called In Available link do?
In the applicant module, on the sidebar, there is a new link item called Called In Available. Clicking on this immediately sets the applicant's Availability Confirmed Date to today. This can then be used as a sort field in searches to find people who called in recently.
Note that in Humanis 8.0 there is no prompt or confirmation that pops up. If no error occurs, the record has updated without problems. In Humanis Summer 2007, a message will display for a few seconds letting you know that availability has been updated.
