1.4. Update Tax Tables (USA)

Occasionally, you will receive notification from the IRS or your state tax authority that the tax tables are changing.  On or about the date of the table change, you should update your tax tables.  This is done by going to the Tables submenu in the Payroll menu and selecting Edit Tax Tables and click the Update button.  Humanis Back Office will download the latest tax tables (for all supported jurisdictions).

Please note that SUTA and FUTA tax rates cannot be updated in this fashion as the rate information is not available online.  To update your federal unemployment tax rate or wage limit, click the FUTA button on the Edit Tax Tables window.  Similarly, edit your state unemployment tax rate or wage limit by clicking the SUTA button and making changes on the window that appears.
